Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. Compliance & Payroll Is Mandatory. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Payroll, HRMS, Recruitment and Screening
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

What you get

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
