Lead End-To-End Recruitment For Overseas Roles, Manage Team Performance, And Meet Hiring Targets. Coordinate With Clients And Team, Handle Sourcing, Screening, And Offer Closures. Must Have Strong Leadership, Communication Skills, And Experience In Recruitment. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

What you get

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, HRMS, Labour law basics and Payroll
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are people-oriented and organised
