Key Responsibilities - Process & Standard Design: Establish Quality Metrics, Control Plans, And Testing Procedures For Production Cycles.Inspection & Testing: Oversee Checks On Raw Materials, In-Process Assemblies, And Final Products To Spot Defects.Auditing & Compliance: Conduct Internal And External Audits To Meet Standards Like Iso 9001.Root Cause Analysis (Capa): Investigate Technical Failures Using Tools Like 5 Whys, Fmea, Or 8D To Drive Corrective Actions.Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Or Statistical Process Control (Spc) To Reduce Waste And Enhance Efficiency.Documentation: Maintain Quality Management Systems (Qms) Records, Inspection Reports, And Non-Conformance Logs. Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
