Job Description:We Are Looking For A Proactive And Organized Hr Executive To Support Day-To-Day Hr Operations. The Role Includes Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Record Management, Attendance And Leave Tracking, Payroll Coordination, And Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Recruitment, Labour law basics, HRMS, Payroll
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, organised attitude
