- Manage Service Team And Assign Jobs. Answer Customer Calls And Register Complaints.- Coordinate Service Visits And Follow-Ups.- Prepare Pi, Quotations And Sales Orders In Erp.- Maintain Spare Parts Stock And Dispatch.- Coordinate With Technicians, Sales And Accounts.- Ensure Timely Service And Customer Satisfaction. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures
• You'll maintain tools, workshop cleanliness and job cards.
• Replace parts and test equipment or vehicles after work.
• Explain completed work and advise customers on maintenance
• You will diagnose faults and carry out repairs and periodic servicing.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Safety practices, Repair & maintenance, Fault diagnosis and Job card handling
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
