Front Office Receptionist

Jsk Institute has an opening for a Front Office Receptionist based in Thane West, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹45,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

What you get

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, MS Office, Basic accounting and Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and dependable
