They Engage With Prospective And Existing Customers, Identify Their Needs, Deliver Persuasive Pitches, Negotiate Deals, And Manage Customer Accounts In A Database. Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

What the job involves

As a Telemarketing Executive, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Skills and qualifications

• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, International, Outbound and Punjabi
