Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Kannada

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Kannada, Tamil and Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada
• Someone persuasive and detail-oriented
