Telenext Infinity Global Llp is hiring a Collection Officer in New Moti Nagar, Delhi. 22 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi

What you will do

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
