Jugal Tube Pvt Ltd. is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Charni Road, Mumbai. Freshers can apply. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges.

Day-to-day work

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
