Export Operations: Manage The End-To-End Shipping Process From Warehouse Loading To The Final International Destination.Documentation: Prepare And Verify Critical Export Documents, Including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates Of Origin, And Bills Of Lading.Compliance: Ensure All Shipments Comply With International Trade Laws, Customs Regulations, And Export Control Laws.Freight Management: Liaise With Carriers And Freight Forwarders To Schedule Shipments, Negotiate Freight Rates, And Track Goods In Transit.Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate With Internal Departments (Sales, Warehouse) And External Partners (Brokers, Customs Agents) To Resolve Logistical Issues And Prevent Delays. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Email, Computer, Tally | Advanced Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Record Management, Handling Invoices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Handling Invoices, Record Management and Tally
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer, Tally

• You are organised and detail-oriented

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

What you get

You will be paid ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
