Salary

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing speed, Active listening, Hindi and English, Complaint handling
• Female Only
