Front Desk Receptionist

Kalyan Residence wants to bring on a Front Desk Receptionist for its Kalyan West, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹11,000/month.

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Typing, MS Office, Email etiquette
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, detail-oriented attitude

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹8,000 – ₹11,000 per month.
