A new Helpdesk Executive (Office) role is open at Kap Softech, All Mumbai, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

The Appointed Official Will Work In Rotational Shifts, Managing Incoming Calls And Ensuring Prompt And Efficient Resolution Of Queries. Responsibilities Include: Attending Customer Or Internal Calls During Assigned Shift Hours Generating And Assigning Token Numbers For Each Case Or Request. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Basic accounting, Record keeping, MS Office, Email etiquette
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and dependable

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
