Office Assistant

Karmabhumi Caretaker Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Kalyan West, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

What you get

Compensation: ₹9,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: MS Office, Data entry, Basic accounting, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, well spoken attitude
