Karuna Multi-Speciality Hospital wants to bring on a Receptionist for its Mira Road, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹10,000/month.

Handling Of Phone Calls, Emails And Couriers. Maintain Register & Monitor Reception Area. Talking To Customers. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Record keeping, Email etiquette and Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹10,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
