A new Claims Processor role is open at Kataria Insurance Company, Marine Lines East, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

Evaluate Risks And Determine Appropriate Insurance Coverage For Clients. Design And Implement Policies Tailored To Individual Or Business Needs. Handle Claims And Ensure Timely Settlements While Managing Customer Relationships. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• You will verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with KYC, Compliance, Customer acquisition, Documentation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone trustworthy and persuasive
