Keynote Digital Process Private Limited is looking for an Hr/Admin to join its team in Kurla East, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Typing, Email etiquette, Basic accounting, MS Office
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and dependable
