The Front Office Associate Is The First Point Of Contact For Club Members And Guests. The Role Involves Managing Member Interactions, Handling Enquiries, Maintaining Membership Records, Facilitating Club Services, And Ensuring Smooth Communication Across Departments While Maintaining High Standards Of Hospitality. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Email etiquette, Data entry, Basic accounting, MS Office
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and detail-oriented

Salary

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
