Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Recruitment, Payroll and Screening
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and people-oriented
