The Main Goal Of This Role Is To Stop Customers From Leaving Airtel. You Will Talk To Customers Who Want To Cancel Their Connection, Switch To Another Network (Mnp), Or Close Their Account, And Convince Them To Stay With Airtel. Languages : Hindi, English

What you will do

• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Compensation

You will be paid ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

• 12th Pass or equivalent
