Should Have 3-5 Years Of Experience As An Assistant Or Secretary To The Md Of A Company.Should Have Graduated From A Secretarial College.Excellent Follow Up Skills.Should Have Working Knowledge Of Ms Office Especially Excel & Word.Good Command Over English. Married, Preferably With Kids. Staying 30-45 Minutes From Office. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Record keeping, Data entry, Typing, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and dependable

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
