Krishna Vidyut And Infra Private Limited wants to bring on an Estate Manager for its Bandra East, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹21,000/month. 12 candidates will be hired for this role.

Oversee The Maintenance, Safety, And Functionality Of Buildings And Properties. Coordinate Repairs, Vendor Contracts, And Space Utilization. Ensure Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations. Maintenance And Upkeep Of Flats And Common Area Of All The Residential Colonies. Routine Maintenance Viz. Plumbing, Civil, Electrical Works. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

As an Estate Manager, your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Typing, Record keeping, MS Office and Basic accounting
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
