The Executive Assistant & Coordinator Is A Highly Organized, Dynamic, And Self-Driven Professional Who Provides Seamless Executive Support To The Director While Coordinating Key Operations. This Hybrid Role Requires A Balance Of Administrative Excellence, Communication, Coordination, And The Use Of Advanced Tools Of Technology. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Typing, MS Office, Record keeping, Data entry
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and well spoken
