Field Collection Executive

Kubera financial services is looking for a Field Collection Executive to join its team in Panvel, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Key responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Complaint handling, Active listening, Verbal communication
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are calm under pressure and patient

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
