Hr Admin Executive

Lakshhmii Narayan Construction is looking for an Hr Admin Executive to join its team in Panvel West, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, Recruitment, HRMS, Screening
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
