We Are Looking For A Debt Recovery Collection Agent. Who Can Collect The Recovery Only Through Calls. With Dra Certified. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam
• Someone ethical and trustworthy

Salary

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
