The Purchase Executive Is Responsible For Managing End-To-End Procurement Operations, Including Preparation And Processing Of Purchase Orders (Pos) In Erp, Supplier Coordination, Documentation Management, Inventory Monitoring, And Job Work Coordination. The Role Ensures Timely Procurement Of Materials, Accurate Erp Entries, Compliance Documentation, And Smooth Coordination Between Suppliers, Accounts, Operations, And Sales Teams. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, MS Word, Internet Surfing, Handling Invoices, Record Management, Procurement | Skills Needed : Email, Computer, Tally

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
