Roles and responsibilities

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹5,000 – ₹13,000 per month.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with HRMS, Payroll, Recruitment, Screening
