Lathia Rubber wants to bring on an Executive Assistant for its Andheri East, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

Provide Administrative Support To The Managing Director, Ensuring Seamless Day-To-Day Operations.Handle Correspondence, Emails, And Phone Calls On Behalf Of The Md, Maintaining Confidentiality And Discretion.Coordinate Meetings, Appointments, And Travel Arrangements For The Md With Minimal Supervision.Perform Secretarial Tasks Such As Preparing. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Record keeping, MS Office, Data entry
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented

What you will do

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

What you get

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
