A Telesales Executive In Broking Calls Potential Clients To Sell Financial Products (Like Stocks, Mutual Funds, Insurance), Explaining Options, Identifying Needs, And Closing Deals Over The Phone While Managing Crm Records, Hitting Targets, And Staying Updated On Market Trends, Requiring Strong Communication, Negotiation, And Financial Acumen. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Sales, Domestic | Languages : Marathi, Gujarati, Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

As a Tele Sales Executive, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound and Sales
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
