Welcome And Assist Visitors, Clients, And Guests In A Professional Manner.Answer, Screen, And Forward Incoming Phone Calls Efficiently.Manage The Reception Area And Ensure It Is Clean And Presentable.Handle Incoming And Outgoing Couriers, Letters, And Parcels.Maintain Visitor Records And Coordinate Visitor Appointments.

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Record keeping, Typing and MS Office
• Female Only

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
