Manage And Oversee Day-To-Day Banking Transactions And Back-Office Activities. Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Standards And Optimize Workflows For Efficiency. Collaborate With Teams To Streamline Operational Processes And Improve Customer Service.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Customer acquisition, KYC, Financial products
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A detail-oriented, ethical attitude
