Branch Relationship Manager

Law Hands is hiring a Branch Relationship Manager in Reddiarpalayam, Puducherry. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

As a Branch Relationship Manager, your work will include:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You'll cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Compliance, Financial products, Customer acquisition and KYC
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
