What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, CRM tools, Hindi and English and Active listening
• Basic English
