Responsible For Communicating With Clients, Receiving Calls, Attending Visitors, Maintaining Clients Records, Maintaining Inventory And Daily Logs Of Payments. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
