We Are Looking For Experienced Home Loan Executives With A Strong Background In Lead Generation. Candidates Should Have Experience In Generating And Handling Home Loan Leads, With Good Communication And Sales Skills. Experience Working With Dsa Channels And Nbfcs Will Be An Added Advantage. Only Candidates With Relevant Experience In The Home Loan. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, CRM, Presentation and Target achievement
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone target-driven and self-motivated

What the job involves

• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
