Customer Service Associate

Logix Staffing Pvt Ltd is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join its team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 15 candidates will be hired for this role.

• Comfortable with Customer handling, CRM, Local market knowledge, Lead generation
• Male Only

Roles and responsibilities

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
