Hr Officer

Day-to-day work

As an Hr Officer, your work will include:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with HRMS, MS Excel, Recruitment, Labour law basics
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
