The Candidate Will Coordinate With Field Engineers, Clients, And Internal Teams To Ensure Timely Resolution Of Service Issues. Experience In Service Coordination Is Preferred. Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed

What the job involves

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel
• Female Only
