Greet And Welcome Customers Professionally At The Bmw Showroom/Service Centre.Handle Incoming Calls, Customer Queries, Appointments And Front-Desk Activities.Coordinate With Sales, Service And Other Departments For Smooth Customer Handling.Maintain Customer Records, Reports And Ensure Excellent Customer Experience. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: MS Office, Record keeping, Typing, Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and organised

Day-to-day work

As a Front Office Receptionist, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
