Lr Ventures is looking for an Insurance Advisor to join its team in Andheri, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹22,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Candidate Is Responsible For Contacting Existing And Potential Customers To Promote And Renew Vehicle Insurance Policies. The Role Involves Making Outbound Calls To Car Owners, Explaining Insurance Plans, Renewal Benefits, And Add-On Covers, And Guiding Customers The Telecaller Maintains A Database Of Customers, Follows Up On Pending Renewals, And Ensures Timely Policy Closure. They Coordinate With The Insurance Team And Service Advisors To Provide Accurate Policy Details, Claim Assistance, And Documentation Support. Strong Communication Skills, Customer Handling Ability, And Basic Knowledge Of Motor Insurance Products Are Essential. Achieve Renewal Targets, Improve Customer Retention, And Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Maintaining Accurate Call Records And Crm Updates. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Insurance

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Insurance
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Insurance
