The Candidate Must Explain Insurance Coverage, Add-Ons, Benefits, And Policy Terms To Customers In A Clear And Professional Manner. They Must Coordinate With Multiple Insurance Companies To Provide Competitive Quotes And Help Customers Select The Best Insurance Plan Suitable For Their Needs. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound | Languages : Hindi, Marathi

Key responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Hindi, Marathi, Outbound
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• You are polite and patient

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
