Responsibilities: Engage With Prospective Leads Via Calls And Face-To-Face Counselling Guide Students And Working Professionals Toward The Most Suitable Programs Convert Leads Into Enrollments And Provide Ongoing Support Throughout The Course Coordinate With Colleges And Internal Teams For Smooth On Boarding Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate (Freshers Welcome) Strong Interpersonal And Verbal Communication Skills Comfortable Handling Telephonic Calls And In-Person Consultations Empathetic, Patient, And Student-Focused Approach. Roles and responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
