We Are Looking For A Candidate Who Can Handle Client Phone Calls, Talk Politely, And Note Down Client Details. You Will Be Given A List Of Questions You Need To Ask Those Questions To Clients (Related To Tourism And Liaisoning) And Record Their Answers Properly, Then Share The Details With The Senior. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Record keeping, Data entry and MS Office
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and detail-oriented
