You Will Be Responsible For Reaching Out To Potential Borrowers, Explaining Our Various Loan Products (Home Loans, Lap, And Business Loans), And Guiding Them Through The Initial Application Process. Your Objective Is To Convert Leads Into Qualified Loan Applicati. Type : Inbound, Outbound | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Inbound, Marathi, Outbound
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
