Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive We Are Looking For A Confident And Enthusiastic Telecaller To Join Our Team. Responsibilities: Make Outbound Calls To Equipment Owners And Contractors Across India, Search Online Platforms For Machinery And Client Details, Maintain An Accurate Database In Ms Excel, Update Daily Call Records And Lead Status, Use The Database For Whatsapp Marketing And Follow-Ups, And Coordinate With The Sales Team. Requirements: Excellent Communication Skills In English And Hindi, Strong Written English With Accurate Spelling And Grammar, Good Knowledge Of Ms Excel, Whatsapp Web, And Basic Computer Operations. Prior Telecalling/Lead Generation Experience Is Preferred, But Freshers With Excellent Communication Skills Are Also Welcome. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
