Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English, Telugu

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Telugu
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English, Telugu
• You are persuasive and detail-oriented

Day-to-day work

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
