We Are Looking For A Practical, Disciplined And Execution-Focused Hr & Recruitment Coordinator To Help Us Build Better Hiring, Onboarding And People Systems. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: MS Excel, Screening, Labour law basics, Recruitment
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and organised
