Executive Assistant

Makshi Parshwa Packaging is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Nallasopara, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Responsible For Handling Phone Calls, Preparing Data, Organising Files, Data Entry. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, MS Office, Data entry and Typing
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
